We want teeth! We want teeth!

Poor little man is having some teething problems! And nothing is popping out besides the two he already has! If he doesn't have his pacifier, then it's his fingers.

Mom's birthday and other things

So, I made it through my 30th birthday! The week before was kind of rough because of things going on at work and just the thought of turning 30! But I got through it. It's weird to think that I'm out of my 20's! And I keep on thinking, when Isaac's 30...I'll be 60! Ahh!
But I had a good birthday, Isaac made me a card at daycare, Nick bought me flowers and cake--that we both didn't really need, Aunt Jen also bought me flowers! And I bought myself a watch that I really didn't need but you only turn 30 once!

We had a family day 2 weeks ago and went to Perkins. It was Isaac's first really resturant experience that he was awake and could really eat people food! So, he enjoyed some Cheerios and apple juice while Nick and I ate pancakes and eggs.

#1 song

So, the #1 song on the day Isaac was born was..."Low" by Flo Rida featuring T-Pain. What will he think when he looks back in 30 years? I wonder what people will be listening to then??
The #1 song when I was born was "Kiss you all over" by Exile. I've never heard that song in my life! It's funny how times change and keep on changing...I guess it can be a good thing!?

Loving bath time

Isaac is 8 months old and finally loves bath time. He never minded it before but now he loves splashing around and watching the water come out of the faucet. And I think I need to learn some new bath songs besides, 'scrub a dub, we got Isaac in the tub" or "splish, splash Isaac's takin' a bath!" I know it's sad!

And we're excited to announce, Isaac will soon have a playmate in Chicago! Jena, my college roommate is pregnant and due in March! They will be a year apart and fun when they both get to the stage when they can play together! Congrats Jena and Matt! If it's a girl, Amanda is a good old fashion name!
