Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!

Isaac had a great Halloween. He loved knocking on the doors but then he would just stand there smiling! As soon as people would give him candy he went in for more treats! It was a fun night. He was a cowboy but this cowboy didn't want to wear his hat! At his first house--my mom's neighbor Ann.He's ready for a ride on his horse! Here is the one picture I got with hat but that didn't last long!

Halloween at daycare!

from L-R--Steve (Sharon's husband), Emma, Sidney, Matthew, Chelsea, Anna, Isaac and Brennan
Sharon knows how to through a great Halloween party for the kids. She had them bob for apples, dance, candy hunt in the backyard and lots of goodies!

Isaac's not so sure how to get an apple but he wants one. A little help from Sharon.
She even had a smoke machine! Here's Isaac's good friend Brennan--as a scary skeleton!

Seeing into the future

As much as I say Isaac will not play video games when he gets older, it is inevitable he will sooner or later. But I didn't think it would happen this soon. Nick was playing during Isaac's nap time but as soon as he woke up he wanted to play. So, we found an extra controller and he sat right down next to daddy and played. It was kind of cute. It was not a child friendly game but it wasn't on too long but when something in the game exploded Isaac got so excited. I think he got excited because he thought he did it.

Pumpkin Patch

We finally made it to the pumpkin patch! It was a little chilly but still a good time. They had bouncy blow up things and a huge slide that Isaac and I went down. He is definitely getting bigger by the minute because I was out of breath by the time we got to the top.

Family portrait--not sure what Isaac is doing with tongue. He was sticking it out all day.

Rest stop in the patch

They had a lot of great pumpkins to choose from...
Isaac loved the hayride but found out he had some sort of allergic reaction the hay. But it went away after a day or two.

Nick told Isaac he could get pumpkin if he could carry it home...he tried!
It's almost as tall as he is!
