It's been just the two of us (Isaac and I) since last Saturday. Nick went to Canada with his mom because he grandma is sick. So, I've been a single mom and will be until Saturday.
We are surviving but it's tiring. I have no idea how single mom's or military wives with kids do it. I definitely give them a huge round of applause.
But Isaac is doing great. Talking more and more with ugh oh's, trying to say dog and he definitely has been listening to me when I tell the dogs to get out because he says out without the t.
Unfortunately, we missed Nick's b-day which was on the 15th and our anniversary which is today. We will just have to celebrate when he gets back. We've been married 2 years but it feels like 20...in a good way!

Hope you had a good anniversary....stinks that you couldn't be with Nick (and double stinks for why he isn't at home with you!!).
I hear you about single moms....I am not cut out for that!
